Every lead from this site has answered eight questions about the project, seen a ranked shortlist and a realistic estimate, and asked for quotes. You get the answers with the contact details.
How leads work
- What you receive. Name, phone, email, ZIP, the rooms, the square footage, the existing floor, the subfloor, the timing, the flooring they are considering, and the answers that produced their shortlist.
- Qualification. Every lead is scored: Hot (professional install within three months), Warm (three to six months), Early (researching, or DIY). You choose which you want.
- Pricing. Per qualified lead, no subscription. Exclusive leads go to one contractor; shared leads to up to 3. Pricing is set per service area and confirmed before your first lead.
- What we do not do. No pay-to-rank, no fake urgency, no leads resold after you have declined them.
